Appalachain Paper Bag CRafts

Mountain folk did not have the luxury of going out and buying new ornaments. They also didn’t make a habit of wasting anything. Appalachians “up-cycled” almost everything, including paper bags and wild found treasures. Today I am going to talk about three Appalachian Christmas Crafts: paper bag angels, paper bag ornaments, and painted pine cones.
